I’m excited to put my name forward for Third-Year Class Representative! As we head into our final year of didactic classes, I want to make our last year memorable by building stronger connections with our peers, addressing concerns, and creating opportunities for those who have yet to branch out!
Over the past two years, I’ve really enjoyed getting to know everyone, whether through classes, group projects, clubs, or just chatting outside of lectures. I think one of my strengths is being approachable and open to hearing different perspectives. I know how important it is to feel supported, and I would love to be someone our peers feel comfortable reaching out to with questions, concerns, or ideas.
If elected, I’ll do my best to represent our class fairly and work with PHUS, faculty, and everyone to make sure feedback is communicated clearly and ideas are shared. I’d also like to help organize events that bring us together outside of academics. Things that give us a chance to relax, connect, and celebrate how far we’ve come. Balancing school with everything else in life isn’t always easy, but I believe we can support each other through it.
I’d be grateful for the opportunity to serve as one of the PY3 Class Reps and to help make our third year exciting and one to remember.

I want to continue listening to you all and forwarding your concerns to the Student Pipeline as well as present your feedback to the PEADS Advisory Committee. Lindsay Barkworth
Hello everyone!
My name is Lindsay Barkworth. I’m running for year rep to make our third year successful, connected, and fun!
I will advocate for you to ensure the faculty answer your questions and respect your concerns. Your academic success is a top priority to me. I will fight to ensure grading criteria and expectations are clear and achievable. You should have access to private study spaces, such as third-floor rooms and LSC CBL rooms. Communication with lecturers and faculty will be relayed to you promptly and transparently.
Third year isn’t just about academics. I’ll organize fun events on and off campus while we spend our last year together, such as karaoke, laser tag, bowling, a beach day, or a faculty vs student tournament, based on student interest. Expect more good vibes, caffeine, and class swag in the months ahead!
Finally, you deserve a Skit’s Night win. I promise to have a well-organized Skit’s Night, which is planned early, with regular meetings, that includes everyone. I will ensure everyone’s ideas are heard, and roles are delegated early so that we have plenty of time to take home a well-deserved trophy.
